To write to us, sign in to your account, open the game and use “Report a problem”. Since the message is sent from your session, we know which account it is about without asking you for more details.

• Game bugs: describe the problem and, if you can, attach the screenshot the form offers you.
• Deleting your account or your data: write “I want to delete my account” (or whatever you need about your data). We will handle it within 30 days.
• Contributions: include the Yape or Plin transaction number.
• Security: if you find a vulnerability, tell us through the same channel and give us time to fix it before making it public.
• Rights holders: we will handle any request to remove content.
