Terms of service
Last updated: October 19, 2026.
These terms explain the rules for using YamiYugi. By creating an account or playing, you accept them together with the privacy policy.
1. Who is behind it
The service is operated by DARXI S.A.C. (RUC 20616318366), with its address at Av. José Arnaldo Márquez 1318, Jesús María, Lima, Peru. To write to us, use the contact page.
2. A fan project
YamiYugi is a free and unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with Konami or with the owners of Yu-Gi-Oh!, and it is not sponsored or endorsed by them. The names, cards and characters of the game belong to their owners. The credits list the people who made this version possible. If any of them asks us to remove content, we will.
3. Your copy of the game
To play you need your own original copy of the game. You load it yourself in your browser and it stays on your device: we do not upload it to our servers or distribute it. Do not use the service to share copies of the game.
4. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old. If you are a minor, you need permission from your mother, father or guardian.
- Each person may have only one account. Take care of your password: we will never ask you for it by email.
- Other players see your duelist name. It cannot be offensive or impersonate another person or the project team. If it breaks this rule, we may change it.
- You can ask us to delete your account whenever you want (the privacy policy explains how).
5. Fair play
It is not allowed to:
- cheat, for example by modifying the game or the page, using programs that play for you or exploiting bugs instead of telling us;
- fix results or move cards and starchips between your own accounts;
- attack the service, overload it or automate sign-ups;
- insult, harass or publish other people's personal data.
If you see a bug or misconduct, use “Report a problem” inside the game.
6. Duels and trades
A referee on our server checks every online duel, and the result it records is the one that counts. We keep duel replays. Other players can see recent duels, with the duelist names and the result. A confirmed trade cannot be undone, except in case of fraud or system error.
7. Cards and in-game items
Cards, starchips and in-game items are not money and cannot be exchanged for money. We do not sell cards. You can use them within the service while your account is active, but they are not your property. We may adjust them to fix errors or balance the game.
8. Voluntary contributions and cosmetics
- Playing is free. Contributions are voluntary and help keep the server running.
- A contribution never gives an advantage in duels: no stronger cards, no better odds, no priority to find an opponent. At most it brings thanks and cosmetic items.
- Contributions are not refunded, except payments made by mistake or duplicates that you tell us about with “Report a problem” (see the contact page), including your transaction number.
- We will never ask you for card details, Yape or Plin passwords or verification codes.
9. Sanctions
If you break these rules, depending on how serious it is we may warn you, void results, remove what was obtained by cheating, suspend your account or close it. If you disagree with a sanction, write to us.
10. A service in development
The service is provided as is. It may have errors, be interrupted or change. We will do our best not to lose your progress, but we cannot guarantee it. If we ever shut down, we will announce it on the site beforehand.
11. Changes
If we change these terms, we will publish the new version here with its date. If the change is important, we will let you know beforehand. The laws of Peru apply.
